Dr Maley is excellent with my kids! I would recommend him to anyone. He isn't afraid to get on parents for their kids not brushing like they should as well. As a mother of five it is nice to know we have such a caring dentist so close who truly loves his work.

I read the reviews and i am dumb founded.i had to recheck make sure it was the same place i go to. To answer questions on why phone isnt always answered their only open couple days a week.to answer another comment on confusion on that you had an appt and the lady in front said no.im only guessing you were nothing but rude with what followed so why should she be jumping up and down nice to help you.they have another location you might have accidently booked there.or HELLO we are all human! Mistakes happen.im sorry but this whole world with therory that customers always right.is wrong.be respectful and you will be treated with respect.this dentist treated both my boys and after i saw how good he was with making sure you dont even feel the shot because he takes the time and numbs the gum and waits for you to be numb! He does cavities for people with no insurance for only $40! Thats carzy...i needed two teeth pulled no insurance.i called everywhere ohio and pa.was going to be about $500 a tooth. Not here because unlike what was said in a comment the dr. Isnt trying to get a new car off our pain.hes not all about the money.i had both teeth pulled for under $300! And some comments state they hate the dr and after wards their mouth was so sore.UM HELLO OF COURSE IT HURTS. You didnt just go to a spa! Yes i was in killer pain afterwards but now thanks to him my nasty two teeth are out and im pain free and it doesnt smell now! Im very proud to say ive gone here and if you want a caring place i recomed going here.if you have mannors and can be nice back.other wise just do everyone a favor dont leave rude comments or go there.have fun finding a place who will work with you money wise and control your pain!

A joke. Not professional. Staff never answers phone. So unprofessional there is no greeting/information on voicemail. For profit only. Patients are there only as objects of personal monetary benefit.

He collected the insurance money for extractions and dentures, then he told me the insurance company filed the wrong paperwork so he couldn't finish what he already started. I have 9 teeth left now and no dentures. I fought with him for 2 years over this only for him to win because I no longer had the insurance.

This is the most terrible service I've ever received from almost anywhere. The only reason I kept pursuing this dentist even after all the red flags is because he's the only one in this city. Had trouble talking to anyone or getting an appointment for 3 months. Arrived for husband's 1:30 appointment and office is locked. 3 patients waiting outside for 5 min. Inside, waited another 5 min for front desk to open. Staff was NOT friendly. A 2:00 appointment got called 15 min early (we still weren't called). At 2:30 we got to enter room. My child and I sat in a chair, then I was told, "There is no where for you to sit in this room; you'll have to stand at the end of his feet over there." (There were 2 other chairs.) Then about my solid plastic drink cup with lid & straw, "We don't allow any drinks in here. Can I dump that for you? Or you can take it to your car." She said I can't even leave it at the front desk - No Drinks Here. Front desk had open cups of iced coffee with spoons in them. After 15-20 more minutes of no one seeing us, we left (1 1/2 hrs after arriving). It took a couple minutes to get attention of front desk lady who was painting her nails (with an open jar of polish) and listening to rap, her back facing the window. She seemed shocked when I told them to cancel this appointment and the two for my sons the next day - we'd rather figure out how to pay all the extra gas to go somewhere else. WOW!

Yes, he/she looked very professional
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
