I had visited Dr. Arnold last year with my son. Dr. Arnold is a very good Orthodontist. Although, I will not return. There was too much commotion outside the room we were in. Too much talking nonsense between assistants. The two assistants (one a redhead?) closest to the room we were in were just ridiculous with their conversation which got louder and louder. I cannot believe Dr. Arnold would allow this. VERY unprofessional!! I have heard from other parents regarding this atmosphere, but chose to come because of how highly my general dentist thought of Dr. Arnold. I am sorry, but this noisy atmosphere is too much. I will not be returning and I know of other parents who feel the same way. I felt there was absolutely no privacy!

I'm getting my braces off next month, ahead of schedule. Dr. Arnold is a great orthodontist!!! I'm so glad I decided to come here.
