I had visited Dr. Arnold last year with my son. Dr. Arnold is a very good Orthodontist. Although, I will not return. There was too much commotion outside the room we were in. Too much talking nonsense between assistants. The two assistants (one a redhead?) closest to the room we were in were just ridiculous with their conversation which got louder and louder. I cannot believe Dr. Arnold would allow this. VERY unprofessional!! I have heard from other parents regarding this atmosphere, but chose to come because of how highly my general dentist thought of Dr. Arnold. I am sorry, but this noisy atmosphere is too much. I will not be returning and I know of other parents who feel the same way. I felt there was absolutely no privacy!

I'm getting my braces off next month, ahead of schedule. Dr. Arnold is a great orthodontist!!! I'm so glad I decided to come here.

During my treatment, the staff here treated me like family. Dr. Arnold is knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone in need of an orthodontist.

I've been going to Dr. Arnold since I was 8 and I've NEVER been a fan! First off, talk about unprofessional. They seem more wrapped up in their personal lives than they do with their patients. Having conversations instead of making sure they're getting their work done correctly and in a timely manner. I love scheduling an appointment to have them look at me, then have to schedule again for them to actually do it. It really frustrates me to hear them say they're so busy but there's only one other person in a chair and no one in the waiting room. Stay FAR FAR away from this man!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
