They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

When I went in for a cleaning, I left with a "deeper more expensive cleaning" that I did not ask for nor was I aware of. This was supposed to be free, part of my preventative care. But they charged me 50 dollars for a deductable, when I ask for a itamized bill, they claimed they dont do billing. Well, why are you charging me then. They had no answer. They were rude and made me feel horable about asking why they were charging me. I called my insurance company and they told me I should not have been charged. This has become a horrible experience for me and my tooth still hurts. A dentist should be someone who can help someone, not make them feel worse after they left. Do not go here. Spare your teeth and your checkbook and your feelings.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Now because of them my gums and teeth are in worse condition than before I came. Toporoff should have his license revoked he is very cold rude and uncompassionate. I will never go there again! Ever! I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
