Very inconsiderate of their patients' time. They called a day before my appointment to tell me to reschedule because their hygienist is going on vacation. I waited very long for this appointment, planned work around this appointment, and the last minute told me that they can only reschedule me late February or March, bumping me off a month. Shouldn't they have a replacement or coverage for that hygienist going on vacation? It's anticipated time off so they could have planned for coverage. If I didn't have a busy schedule then maybe I wouldn't mind. They treated my time as not important. Very inconsiderate! Maureen the manager didn't want to speak to me.

West Nyack Dental SUCKS!!!!!! This practice has gone down the drain since Dr. Grosser left. They tried to get me to pay for composite fillings which my insurance covered and sent an approval for them. I go in and come out with silver fillings!!! Maureen who was extremely rude told me I should have told the dentist I wanted composite fillings. They don't complete their files on previous visits. I will never, ever go them again....EVER!!!!!
