If I could give a 0 review I would. My whole experience was just awful. Office staff whew rude not helpful. Dr. Was suppose to do a consult for a root canal. He could not read X-rays sent including a digital panoramic X-ray from my oral surgeon. Wanted to do a new one and charge me an additional $280. I had just had the first one 3 weeks before. My husband went up to get another disk. Dr.was supposed to call me with the results as I paid for a consult. After numerous phone calls to office staff he still did not call me and I was in pain. I had to go to another endodontist for another consult. While I was in his office he was very condescending. Don’t ever use.

Based on an emergency visit I recently visited Dr Mastro in his Mt Kisco office- Westchester Putnam Endodontics - 101 S Bedford Rd #410, Mt Kisco, NY 10549. Dr Mastro was a true professional in that Dr Mastro was compassionate, attentive & most important honest. Dr. Mastro subsequently referred me to another dentist. Dr Mastro was of the opinion that service "A" that Dr. Mastro specialized in was a gamble but service "B" which he did not specialize in was a guarantee. Thus Dr. Mastro referred me elsewhere without a benefit to himself. Best of all, plan "B" was a success. Thank you Dr. Mastro for being you. Dr. Mastro took a very painful / stressful situation that I was experiencing and made it right in my best interest in lieu of Dr Mastros best interest. For that I am very grateful.

He was very professional. I was seeing someone who didn't have a microscope and so couldn't find my root canals in the tooth.
Dr Mastro was trained under a microscope so I went to see him as per my dentist. He was great and his office was excellent.
Totally recommend Dr Mastro

The office with very modern and clean and the staff was very pleasant. I had an appointment with Dr. Mastro as was nervous as this was my first route canal. I was referred to him as he is an endodontist. He was very caring and answered all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly and was practically painless to my surprise. I would recommend Dr. Mastro to anyone needing a route canal.

The office was lovely, the support staff were great, but Dr. Mastro was very unwelcoming. When my root canal needed to be redone, he told me that the only way to fix it was to remove my tooth! Fortunately, I got a second opinion who said I could have the procedure re-done. In addition, he was very brusque and dismissive when answering my questions. I felt very unwelcome. It was unfortunate to have that experience, especially since everyone else in the office seems so great. Definitely go to this office, but see another dentist!
