If I could give a 0 review I would. My whole experience was just awful. Office staff whew rude not helpful. Dr. Was suppose to do a consult for a root canal. He could not read X-rays sent including a digital panoramic X-ray from my oral surgeon. Wanted to do a new one and charge me an additional $280. I had just had the first one 3 weeks before. My husband went up to get another disk. Dr.was supposed to call me with the results as I paid for a consult. After numerous phone calls to office staff he still did not call me and I was in pain. I had to go to another endodontist for another consult. While I was in his office he was very condescending. Don’t ever use.

Based on an emergency visit I recently visited Dr Mastro in his Mt Kisco office- Westchester Putnam Endodontics - 101 S Bedford Rd #410, Mt Kisco, NY 10549. Dr Mastro was a true professional in that Dr Mastro was compassionate, attentive & most important honest. Dr. Mastro subsequently referred me to another dentist. Dr Mastro was of the opinion that service "A" that Dr. Mastro specialized in was a gamble but service "B" which he did not specialize in was a guarantee. Thus Dr. Mastro referred me elsewhere without a benefit to himself. Best of all, plan "B" was a success. Thank you Dr. Mastro for being you. Dr. Mastro took a very painful / stressful situation that I was experiencing and made it right in my best interest in lieu of Dr Mastros best interest. For that I am very grateful.
