I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
