I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
