I've never had the customer service issues that others have reported, but they are incompetent dentists. One of their dentists told me I needed 6 crowns. I told them I couldn't afford 6, so we picked the 3 worst and fixed them. That was 3 years ago, I've been back every 6 months to see the other dentist in the practice since, and they have never mentioned again that I have 3 more that need fixed. I suspect that I never had any that needed fixed. The work itself was bad. They created a gap in my teeth by the crown that constantly collects food and hurts. When I told them, they said, "Oh well, we can't fix it now." We recently took my daughter to the orthodontist on our own initiative. The orthodontist asked, "Who is your dentist? Have they ever told you she needs braces?" (no to both questions). He was angry, and said we should have had her in years earlier. The work is now going to be harder, more painful, and more expensive thanks to Cline Dental.

Unbelievably argumentative. Rude and retaliatory after complaining about the long wait time of over half an hour. Expect to be lied to by this dentist and her staff.
Intentionally hurt me after I complained about the long wait.
Fraudulent schemes, wants your insurance money for no services provided.
Unwilling to work with customers, insisting on the MOST EXPENSIVE TREATMENT.
Absolutely the worst, most abusive dentist I have ever seen.

I have filed a criminal complaint for assault with the Springfield Police.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
Dr. Heather isn't just a bad dentist...she is a bad person. I won't go back and hope that anyone that cares about their kids will understand that she is not there to help. I'm happy to pay out of pocket for their care, but we went to her had her diagnose a ton of work and "need to get started right away." Then we went to 2 other dentists for another opinion. ( we went to one and couldnt believe the difference so we went to a third) The only things they found that needed to be fixed was Dr Heather's work. When I asked her about it she asked "where did you go to dental school." CLASSLESS!

SHE IS A RIP OFF ARTIST!!! Don't believe the other reviews that are written, the people probably work for Cline's office. My Husband went in to see her with a Molar that was hurting. He told Dr. Cline that he had a molar and a wisdom tooth that was the issue. He also told her that he has no insurance and is paying out of pocket. She looked around in his mouth and told him "Yeah those teeth need to come out" Making my husband think she was going to pull them. She had her assistant take my husband and get X-ray's then back to the exam room. After 20 or so min the assistant comes in and explains to my husband that Dr. Cline doesn't like to pull molars and she never pulls wisdom teeth and they were going to refer him else where. When Dr. Cline first met with my husband and he explained the issues he was having, she knew then that she would not do anything to help him! So knowing he had NO INSURANCE she charged us $ 225.00 And gave us a referral. What A Con Artist

This dentist is very nice, not too good at keeping the anesthetic needle from hurting when she's trying to numb you up, but she's fine otherwise. Her office, however, is badly run and unprofessional. I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned at 1 o'clock. I was there right on time. The staff, however, were apparently still eating their lunches or something because the door was locked and they left myself and an older gentleman standing outside waiting for them to deign to open the door and let us into the waiting room. I was finally called back for my 1 o'clock appointment at 1:30-ish. I was not happy and never returned to this poorly run office.
