The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need.
Wow...Dr. Cline is horrible! Overpriced poor service, doesnt return phone calls and was very rude to my wife in front of our kids when she had a question about treatment options for one of the kids. I understand that she is busy, but despite what she may think she isnt the only person in the world and I expect at least a little service when paying prices this high. Sure she takes our insurance, but Id rather pay out of pocket then deal with her or her staff. DO NOT go here or let your family have anything to do with this incompetent and rude woman!

Dr. Cline was very caring and explained things in great detail. The cost estimate that I was given was accurate and easy to understand. I am very fearfull of the dentist and Dr. Cline and her staff were very understanding and made sure that I was confortable with my treatment.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I feel the responsibility to alert you to the most unprofessional dental office I have ever encountered. The experience I have had with Dr. Cline has been a nightmare. I was charged double my quote for the services provided and they actually performed unnecessary services and charged me for them without my consent. When I tried to resolve the issue, Dr. Cline refused to meet with me. Her receptionist said, "I won't waste any more time talking to you." Then she hung up on me. Another member of her staff said, "we don't need patients." Due to the exorbitant charges at Dr. Cline's office (three times what another office quoted me) I don't have the funds to have necessary work done on my teeth at this time. Please be careful - Dr. Cline is running a very profitable bait and switch operation. You may go to Dr. Cline with a toothache, but you will only end up with a headache.
