Dr. Costello is extremely attentive and knowledgable. She took the time to explain every bit of my X-rays and developed a treatment plan. She was concerned with minimizing my co-pays. Starla, my hygienist was fun and very likeable. She played nice music and didn't hurt my gums. The office is beautiful and brand new. I'll definitely be back.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I have occasional rapid heartbeat so was given an alternative local anesthetic. I was comfortably numb but in an effort to do too much work I was required to keep my mouth open the entire session. I feel they don't take enough patient rest breaks nor rinse frequently enough. Maybe the technique was wrong; rinsing was not adequate and I was not comfortable. I was tested for elevated mercury after the procedure because they did not deal correctly with the amalgam fillings; I swollowed pieces and inhaled mercury gas from the drill. They used no dam or air cleaner.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. They have a nice staff but seemed to lack a knowledge of tools, x-ray tech needs training.

They could have provided a better explanation about fees and payment plans before my treatment. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They are always polite, which I really appreciate. The office is nice and the staff is friendly
