I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
