She is wonderful. I had a broken tooth next to another one that was decaying and needed to be pulled. She was send me to a surgeon and I could get in for six months. She prefers not to pull but pulled my teeth due to me being in pain. she was kind and gentle even through the one of the teeth was a booger to get out. She is very professional and very pleasant. Office staff is wonderful

I switched out of this practice after several troubling and very negative experiences with their staff. The receptionist I understand has since been replaced, but she was the start of the problem, rude, curt and reported incorrect insurance coverage estimates so that my bill was much higher and I agreed to a procedure I would not have had they provided me with the correct coverage information. Dr. Arnold was consistently late for meeting with me, even after i waited in the waiting room and was delayed there they would show me to a seat in the area they do cleanings and I would wait again, often for 30 minutes before being seen by a hygenist. One of the parts of the procedure Dr. Arnold performed involved a temporary crown - which came out three times before they got me scheduled to finish the procedure and didn't cancel. The staff with one exception is less than professional, often complaining about personal problems while the customer is ignored and worked on.
