I had not intended to write a review, but since your page insists on it, this is what our experience has been. When you are in the office, the staff and Dr. Ross are great. No complaints and plenty of things to praise. My younger son is very shy and hates to have anyone work in his mouth and has deep groves that require a lot of effort to keep clean. They do a great job working with him. The one major problem is the gauntlet you have to run when dealing with the staff on the phone. It is hell to get an appointment and at times there is no flexibility. You cannot make 6 month appointments during your office visit, you have to wait for them to contact you. They have recently switched to an email notification system, but we have yet to get a single notification (not even in our spam). If you don't contact them the same day you finally get a call, you will have to wait longer and longer to get in, so now we have 8 months between appointments. This is a very bad thing for our kids who all need the regular cleaning. Otherwise, I give a much higher rating.

Their staff was friendly enough, but to make an appointment was very difficult. We left due to serious issues with my child's teeth due to improper care. When taken to a much better dentist, it was found that due to dental work done by Dr. Ross, my child had some issues with several teeth. Since then, several of the teeth that Dr. Ross worked on have fallen out prematurely (molars that should be in for 4 more years!). My new dentist has been giving us wonderful treatment and we have not had any new problems since we left. Although he is a nice man, I would definately NOT recommend him to anyone!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and do answer questions I want answered, but I usually have to leave a message. The hygenists were great as is Dr. Ross. The staff was friendly enough, but they can be a pain to deal with on the phone or when scheduling. I was very satisfied with my son's visit, but I always dread making appointments. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll be going back until my son is old enough to go to our regular dentist. I like Dr. Ross, and we didn't have a bad experience.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, including the dentist. They are so warm and professional. They had a very pediatric friendly approach. However, I visibly saw areas of concern in my child's mouth. I was reassured by Dr. Ross repeatedly that it was "staining in deep grooves" I did, however at the next 6 month visit bridge my 9 year old to my adult dentist. 8 cavities, (4 as a result of leaking sealants placed by Dr. Ross) and I was reassured by my dentist of a decade, (and cincinnati's voted best dentist) that she indeed had the cavities way longer than 6 months since my previous cleaning. I therefore, had a poor outcome. The staff interaction was amazing, but I felt my daughter's treatment plan was neglected. And she had to have alot of treatment at one time because of it. That means maxed out benefits, alot of out of pocket expenses, and worst of all a 9 year old with damage to her permanent teeth and painful procedures to fix that! Although the staff were all pleasant to deal with, I would not reccommend them to any of my friends.
