I had not intended to write a review, but since your page insists on it, this is what our experience has been. When you are in the office, the staff and Dr. Ross are great. No complaints and plenty of things to praise. My younger son is very shy and hates to have anyone work in his mouth and has deep groves that require a lot of effort to keep clean. They do a great job working with him. The one major problem is the gauntlet you have to run when dealing with the staff on the phone. It is hell to get an appointment and at times there is no flexibility. You cannot make 6 month appointments during your office visit, you have to wait for them to contact you. They have recently switched to an email notification system, but we have yet to get a single notification (not even in our spam). If you don't contact them the same day you finally get a call, you will have to wait longer and longer to get in, so now we have 8 months between appointments. This is a very bad thing for our kids who all need the regular cleaning. Otherwise, I give a much higher rating.

Their staff was friendly enough, but to make an appointment was very difficult. We left due to serious issues with my child's teeth due to improper care. When taken to a much better dentist, it was found that due to dental work done by Dr. Ross, my child had some issues with several teeth. Since then, several of the teeth that Dr. Ross worked on have fallen out prematurely (molars that should be in for 4 more years!). My new dentist has been giving us wonderful treatment and we have not had any new problems since we left. Although he is a nice man, I would definately NOT recommend him to anyone!
