I make apt for my two son to clean their teeth, but when we get there parents not allowed to go inside with your kids.. I never have a dentist like this.. also there never clean the teeth they just put fluoride varnish and they keep saying my both.. that's why I feel fishy like that, you never know what their really do. also talking to you on waiting area with a lot of patient is kinda weirdo too..i never go back again, your insurance pay for what they did charge you even u don't need it.. my son got same fluoride varnish at his school we never to pay anything..

Don't ever need emergency care. This office was my dentist for about a year and I came in for emergency care. The left side of my face was twice the size as the right and I was in extreme pain. The receptionist couldn't even bring herself to lift up her head and see what my condition was before sending me packing out the door. She said they were booked and wouldn't be able to see me. Luckily I was able to find a dentist that was also booked solid but checked out my symptoms gave me some antibiotics for the severe infection I had and medicine for the pain. They were willing to stay open late to get me in but suggested I waited for the infection to go away before treatment. It scares me to think what could of happen if I waited for JC Family Dentistry to find the time to see me. They didn't give me a suggestion for another place to seek help. The other Dentist gave 10 min out of his time to assess the situation. I just wanted JC Family Dentistry to give a damn for that much time and they didn't. Proceeded with caution if you want them to care.

I was very happy with my hygienist. She was really friendly. I had x-rays done on my first appointment and they were very reasonably priced. However, they were unable to pull my tooth due to infection. So they promptly scheduled a follow-up. Imagine my surprise when I showed up for the follow up to find their office CLOSED. There was a sign on the door saying they had tried to contact all their patients and to please call the following business day to reschedule. No one called to inform me of anything. My husband had to take a day off of work to stay with our kids. I'm sorely disappointed.

They barely gave me any information at all. Rude, useless staff. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
