The office staff is wonderful. We are retired military, and what our insurance didn't cover, we usually made a partial payment (depending on what the bill was) and were very willing to send a bill each month for payment. My only drawback was the dentist we were seeing (there are 2). He always seemed in a rush and not very friendly, and answered questions in a short manner. I hear that he's not there anymore. I will ask for a different one if he is. The hygentists are great, and take their time, answer everything. The office was very easy to locate. trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. They work with almost every dental plan except state paid coverage. Wonderful place! The don't do orthodontia, and haven't researched the one office that does, though JCFD says they will have an ortho clinic ready within a year (4-2013).
