No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. One thing I wish was that they could have given a local anesthetic or some better acute pain care for my child, who was treated for a plantar wart on the bottom of her foot. In-office removal was very painful for her, and acetaminophen was not enough.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless as I saw the doctor for literally 2 minutes. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I asked a question and he said "nothing i can do." It's like he came in to pick something from room asked a question because he saw he had a patient and left. He just went back to his office and sat, no bye or anything. He didn't give me the time of day and I would not recommend him at all. I arrived on time so there was no need to rush.
