i had 1 root canal and 4 crowns placed 2 years ago .they all failed had to get those 5 teeth pulled and have implants .while she was doing 2 of the crowns i sat in the chair 4 hrs needless to say i never went back .also my wife and daughter had problems with the work she does .she tried to tell my daughter she had 6 cavities she went to another dentist i recommended that dentist found 1 she is more about money then making it right she very nice person but a horrible dentist she cost me a lot of money for the failed work she did i would not recommend her to nobody

Dr Galvez and her staff are very caring and make sure you understand all aspects of your treatment. I was able to use Care Credit which helped me tremendously.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. They will charge you for work that you do not need, give you credit, if you can't pay. However, they will be charging and adding to you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LADY. Most of the times she's out "of vacations", leaving an assistant to do the work

My wife speaks Spanish so I thought she would feel more comfortable with a Spanish speaking dentist. Big mistake! The office was always dirty with what looked like spit on the lights. The staff was always watching terrible Mexican soap operas and were not very professional. They would always send me bills for miscellaneous items after our visits until I confronted them on it...they were just getting extra money out of us. But the worst part was that they destroyed one of my wife's teeth. We finally went to another dentist (who is awesome) and he literally yelled "who did this! Who did this!" He said that someone (Milagros) had put something in the back molar so that it wouldn't heal after she did a root canal. My wife still has trouble with that tooth today. She had surgery once and needs to go back again. I am writing this because I want to save some poor person from being taken advantage of by her dishonest practice.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need

This office does not explain a thing of what they are going to do to you or if you pay out of pocked, they do not tell you in advance how much the service will cost or if you do want them to do it. Dr Galvez knows what she is doing (if she explains it) the other dentist that work for them... you better run. Horrible service. They are just there for you money, not your dental care. Do not go there.
