They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
