Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The hours are not compatible with the clientele. They are only open 8-4. Longer appointment times require missing work/school. They also were very nice during the original consultation appointment, but never acted that way at other appointments. Coffee and water were never again offered. It very much felt like a money making assembly line instead of a care provider. The actual orthodontic work seemed fine, but I would not choose this practice again.
