They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I knew I would be receiving exceptional care when I saw how new and advanced all of their equipment was there. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
