I am very disappointed by this practice. Please take note that they only accept Delta Dental. I have great insurance that only costs us a 20% co-pay until we meet the stop loss for the year, in which case everything is covered at 100%. Despite this fact, no one informed us that they do not accept the 'contractual rates' that our insurance recognizes...at least not until we paid 30% up front with the assurance that whatever the insurance over-pays they will refund. After everything was processed and they accepted the insurance's check and I asked for a refund, I was then informed that their doctors choose not to accept reduced/contractual rates. Would have been nice to know up front! I will be taking my business elsewhere and have already informed my Family Dentist's Practice that they should be very selective in referring any patients to this practice for oral surgery, if at all.
