I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
