Doctors are courteous and thorough. They understand what their patient is going through. I love the layout of the clinic. They see that each patient is seen in ample time during the visit.

Dr. William O'Neill is the best. In July of 2016 I had surgery on the left wrist, was able to go to a rock concert that night (I did not drive) and went back to work using a computer with no issues. In February of 2017, I had the right wrist done. I was able to return to work the next day and continue to do computer work.. With both surgergies, I was only off work the date of each procedure. He has a very impressive background to include participitating in a total hand replacement surgery. I would not have went anywhere else for my surgeries.

I was very unhappy with the results I got from Dr. O'Neil. I was released to go back to work approx. 2 weeks after wrist surgery. It had not healed properly and five months later I am still having issues. I would not recommend him.Do a little research.

The staff at Bluegrass Orthopaedics lack compassion. They treat you like a piece of meat with a price tag attached. The surgery I had there was completely botched, and I will probably be maimed for life and no one will take responsibility. I regret the day I set foot in the building. It has nearly ruined my life. I have had to go to another doctor to try to repair the damage that was done to me by the doctor at Bluegrass Ortho. Don't go there unless you are a masochist.
