They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Both professional and office staff are friendly and professional. I was also impressed with the organization of the clinic. I feel satisfied with the progress that I have been able to make and feel confident about what may be needed in the future. The office was easy enough to find and parking is convenient. I will absolutely return and have recommended them to others in need of orthopedic medical care. Top notch clinic!

I've been to about 5-6 appointments over the last year. There have been times where I've had to wait an 1.5 hours before even seeing the doctor. About 2 of those times I've only had to wait about 30 minutes. They don't really seem to be prepared for my appointment and do not let me know that they're running behind which is most of the time. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special and never really appologize for making me wait for so long. I feel like I'm absolutely just not important to them as if they don't really need me as a client.

On the other hand, the doctor knows his stuff but I'm sure there are other places where there are good doctors.
