My family absolutely love Dr. Dugan. She is wonderful with children, and I would highly recommend her and the practice to friends and family. I have never had any problems with them being overbooked, waiting too long, or staff being unfriendly. My children have been patients of Dr. Dugan's for more than 11 years, and we have never had any problems.

They are overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. .They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. if a customer complains they are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They make no effort to make me feel special. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

This physician cannot leave the room quickly enough. Always in a hurry, seems to be uninterested and does not listen. Would not recommend.

Office was horrible! They didn't accept my insurance and didn't inform me until I got there with my son and waited an hour. My family doctor sent them the referral and they knew ahead of time that my insurance didn't work, but didn't tell my doctor nor I. So rude to me as well! Not accommodating what-so-ever. Pick another provider!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love Charlotte Dugan she put the needs of her patients first. The office was clean and yet it was still inviting for both adults and children.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
