The questions I asked were answered. Their staff is very friendly, but the music could have been more professional. So far, I am satified with the visit. The building is hard to locate, but I eventually found it.

The entirely office needs to remodel, and the equipment is dated. The patients on the South deserves better!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
