Called (the drs. wife) which is the finance dept for 1 month and could not get ahold of her..... she said," Oh, I've been on vacation for two weeks." I told her no, she was back, but never in the office. Her hours are 10-2p.m., but when I called at 12:50p.m..... she was gone to lunch and would be back in about an hour... so I called at 1:50p.m..... what do you know.... she is already gone for the day. All I needed was to be reimburshed for my x-rays they took at the office on Memorial Dr before it burned down. He told me I would have to pay him an addtional $35 to have them re-taken. Now his insurance company has already reimbursed them for all the damage and files that were distroyed, PLUS i HAVE ALEADY PAID HIM TOO!!!! SO HE HAS BEEN PAID TWICE... AND DOES NOT FEEL he should reimburse me!!!! I will be pursuing this in court!!!!
