I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, the customer service is terrible. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Presently I was trying to get a partial replaced. Though they had taken the impression and called me to say it was back, when I attempted to schedule the appointment for it, no one knew what I was talking about. I was repeatedly told to call back, still with no results. I started calling at 9:00am and at 1:30pm, still no one could tell me whether or not to come in because they had misplaced the partial. I was even told that I needed to call back again because the woman I had been working with was at lunch. I was not given a time to call back. I am very upset with this office and will not return once I have completed this work.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
