Oh my, they are totally disorganized. Every time I came, they would tell me I didn't have insurance, only to find it after 15-20 minutes of my waiting. Last time, though, (7/13/2021) Terry told me rudely that I don't have insurance, so I must cancel my appointment. So I left, although I am in the middle of a bridge work. Terry called me 20 minutes later, when I was already home, to tell me that they--surprise, surprise--found my insurance.
Just unacceptably disorganized office. And Terry is very unpleasant to deal with. Be warn!

My recent experience was horrible. A new dentist drilled a small cavity until it became large and painful. I called every week for several weeks to inform them of the pain. I was seen once, got another xray.
I finally requested the tooth be pulled .A crown was made that was never used at a cost of $700. Then the tooth was pulled at a cost of $313.Why would someone build a crown while they were obviously having difficulty stabilizing the tooth? My total was $1,013 for a lost tooth. i have switched dentists

I went to GD, Tuttle Av, Sarasota, for the zillionth excellent experience on Valentine's Day. A crown had come off (my own fault) Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morn, and Laura was so cheerful and patient, and scheduled me for first thing Tuesday. She was again very welcoming. The two ladies who took my x-ray were friendly and efficient. Dr. Johnson was filling in and, as always, made me feel comfortable. He and his assistant cleaned everything and reinstalled my crown. I was on my way in no time, very comfortable again. Thank you, as always.

Do not, I repeat, NOT purchase dentures from this establishment. After 4 return visits for adjustments, my set is so painful and loose fitting that even with lots of denture adhesive I can only wear them for a few hours a day.

PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY ARE AWFUL IN EVERY WAY. IT IS NO WONDER THAT THEY CANNOT KEEP A GOOD DENTIST WITH THEIR PRACTICE.
