They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was completely unsatisfied with my visit. They used barbaric outdated procedures (pounded hole in bone for implant using a hammer and awl rather than a drill);. When I told them I was in pain during this 2 1/2 hour torture procedure all they gave me was a local anesthetic, they don't offer general anesthesia. They didn't act like my discomfort was a big deal and never once apologized for not informing me about the details of my procedure. After they put the implant in crooked, I went to a different dentist to finish the work. PS. they don't return phone calls.

Hygentist was very nice, that is who you spend time with anyway right. Dentist was quick and reported no cavaties after another dentist tried to get me to have a filling done. Gentle Dental was honest even when I asked him he said no cavity.

The doctor tried to send me to a root canal specialist after I had already had two professionals vouch for the canal. I think this is just a get you in and get you out sort of place. All the chairs were housed in a single room. It made me feel as if I was getting my teeth worked on in the third world.
