Office staff friendly and helpful. Problem is billing practices. Charged $1700 for a very short follow up appointment for a surgery that we assumed would be included in the cost of procedure. Dr. Lee refused to adjust the bill after he was reminded that the surgery was scheduled on the condition that all charges would be incurred by the end of the year. Surgery was December 31. Followup appointment was January 6 and SCHEDULED AUTOMATICALLY by his office.

I've have been trying to find a solution to my issue for almost two years, to no avail. Finally ended up here only to find he has no more clue than the others. His only solution was surgery (and this was after a five minute look at me and a bit of touching along my nose and throat). It's absolutely unacceptable. What sort of doctor doesn't even run tests before suggesting a major surgery? He even admitted he wasn't precisely sure what was causing my problem and that the only solution was surgery. How could he know that? He only spent five minutes with me! On top of that, while I was trying to figure out an appointment originally I saw him very clearly tell one of the staff that he wasn't taking any calls while the nurse was on the phone with a patient. I didn't think much of it at the time but now I'm thinking: What if it had been an emergency? Someone whose pain medicine isn't working or who started bleeding. I would not recomend him to anyone.
