He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff is rude and care nothing about the patient. They never answer phones and sit and gossip all the time

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
