I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are the most respectful, courteous doctor I've ever been to. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Dr. Kritsas is very hard to talk to. He does not relate well with patients. He is very mean to his patients and staff. He once cancelled my mothers appointment because she was twenty minutes late. This was extremely inconvenient because of the preparation and planning it takes the family to get the her there. When the patient is on time then there is a fifteen to twenty minute wait anyway. My mother has not responded well to his treatments and she is terrified of him.
