I would highly reccomend this physician for many reasons, he is thorough, caring and available to answer questions no matter how menial they may seem. He and his staff are friendly and professional. The only thing with OSF is that in order to make an appointment you must call 2 days prior to schedule it, they do not schedule out more than 2 days from the day you call which makes it hard sometimes when you feel the need to get in quickly for an illness or injury, in that case, there are several outpatient clinics such as Southridge and rock cut for emergency illnesses or injuries, not to mention the hospitals Emergency Room. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and know I will be returning. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
