Dr. Robbins attempted to use nitrous oxide on my child without my permission. I'd like to add my child was well behaved and didn't need it.
About to perform a root canal on a deciduous tooth that was soon to come out on its own.
Behaved very unprofessionally toward me in the lobby of his office where other patients were.
I had been a dental assistant for ten years before this incident.
I decided never to return to his office again.

Love this dentist for my kids. Sure, the office is older, not state of the art, but they truly care about the patients. My kids do not want to go anywhere else for their teeth. I have a hard time believing the awful review below was for dr robbins-maybe they were confused with another office. I have been going here for about 7 years, never seen or heard anyone being anything but nice to kids, even whiny ones:)

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My children were scared and uncomfortable the entire time. Instead of explaining the procedure they yelled at them and didn't give the Novocaine time to work. The Doctor told us that we were awful parents and not to reward them and that we make their job harder when they are upset. The needle used to numb my daughter bent in her gums because he hit them so hard. He gave my son erasers and then told him to give them back because he cried in pain. Worst Doctor I have ever been to. If I had another choice I would go to them. My kids are still crying and its been two hours.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
