Dr. Robbins attempted to use nitrous oxide on my child without my permission. I'd like to add my child was well behaved and didn't need it.
About to perform a root canal on a deciduous tooth that was soon to come out on its own.
Behaved very unprofessionally toward me in the lobby of his office where other patients were.
I had been a dental assistant for ten years before this incident.
I decided never to return to his office again.

Love this dentist for my kids. Sure, the office is older, not state of the art, but they truly care about the patients. My kids do not want to go anywhere else for their teeth. I have a hard time believing the awful review below was for dr robbins-maybe they were confused with another office. I have been going here for about 7 years, never seen or heard anyone being anything but nice to kids, even whiny ones:)
