Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment. Which was expected since I was an ER patient and new. During my proceedure I didn't experience any pain by the hands of the dr, I could have ripped my head off prior to my visit. I had a absesed tooth in which the root was in my sinus cavity causing a reoccuring sinus infection. after several "ENT dr visits" the Dentist is who discovered what the "root" cause was. only half of a root canal could be done until the infection went down. They are always very careful and gentle. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me, even if it's been months since my last appointment.

Just a money mill. I had some work done there and the office did not get pre-authorization. So it cost me $1500 that the insurance should have paid.

They took no responsibility for their error. I had been going to them fo five years and never once did I have to call for authorization it was always done by the office. Also, they do not accept my insurance as full payment.

They should have made an adjustment since it was their error. No such luck but they lost seven patients because of their un-professional actions.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is extremely friendly and a very welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. My Garmin made it hard to find the building, but I eventually found it, the staff stayed on the phone with me until I walked through the front door. From the time you are greeted when you arrive until your visit is over you just want to hug everyone you came in contact with. They went above and beyond to providing me with 100% customer satisfaction. Thank You everyone.

Dr. Tepedino is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. I am very confident when I am under his care and he is a very good bed side manner. His staff is very friendly and I am always in and out very fast. I would recommend him to anyone who is not happy with their dentist!
