I was left waiting in the waiting room for an hour the last three times while I watched other families being called before my childs name was called. The office manager is rude. Dr. Jackie is clueless and getting slower. Her husband is one of the associate Dr's and is one foot from the grave and clueless as well. The black women that checks pts out with the long hair and finger nails is very rude and not polite and never smiles. This office has gone way down. They dont even really deserve one star. I am switching providers. I had to go off on the office manager twice. She loves to argue with you and tell you that you are wrong when clearly the patient is always right. I have been going to this office for years and the staff clearly dont give a rats hiney about the patients.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
