There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longerrrr from when I first started seeing them. It made me nervous. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I really do like that so I changed.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I have three kids that need wellness check-ups, the lady who answered the phone told me "we dont see three kids at a time." What? I know I have been there several times with all three of my children. How rude is that. She didn't try to help me or anything. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Not only did they answer all of my questions. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. ITS ALWAYS SO HOT IN THEIR
