I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting, their carpet and 3 chairs that they had was stained, even the walls looked dirty.

There we a couple of other parents in the waiting room that were talking extremely loud about their affiliations with gangs and how her boyfriend was selling crack so she had to kick him out, meanwhile the poor children that they were there with were behaving like animals, throwing toys at the walls and windows.

I got my daughter and left before I ever seen the dentist. The receptionist seemed nice, but I couldn't handle sitting in that dirty, nasty waiting room while my child had to listen to the ignorance of the other patients parents.
