I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
