They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. i had treatment through this ofice and had some compilcations with my teeth moving back to their previous positions, Dr. Poremba told me he gave me the wrong retainer and thats why they were moving, he then asked me if i was satisfied with the movement. i told him i was not satisfied and he said that i would have to pay for an additional nine months of treatment as well as another retainer!!!! i am currently looking for another orthodontist as well as a lawer!

The orthodontist spent a lot of time with me during my visit. They really listened to me and made sure to thoroughly check my teeth. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. Not only did they have before-and-after pictures of smile makeovers lining the walls, but they made sure to show me pictures of cases that were similar to mine. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
