Office does not take credit cards. Horrible office staff and long wait. The office staff mix up appointments and are not effective in processing insurance.

Most of my family has seen Dr Tawil. He is the best there is in my
opinion. I have referred many friends to his office and everyone says
he is wonderful.

The service was VERY fast and efficient; however, I felt rushed. The doctor seemed to be on a very tight schedule and was rushing to get to the next patient. I went in for acne and he provided me a TON of samples of two types of retinol (Tazorac and Epiduo). He gave me very quick instructions to use one in the morning and one in the night and that was it. I wasn't given any other information and this medication resulted in the worst skin I have ever seen my entire life. The first two weeks my skin was red, irritated, and peeling like crazy. Additionally, my face broke out like crazy with cystic acne that I NEVER experienced. I know that the medication outcome was not his fault; however, I think I should've been forewarned about the potential side effects of the medication. After 6 horrific weeks on the medication, I stopped using it and my face is already better only 5 days after. I am still struggling to get rid of some of the remaining cystic acne marks, but I haven't had any need blemishes since I stopped using it. The product worked horribly for me and I couldn't take the medication anymore. I am very dissapoint in the fact that I wasn't given any warnings. I wouldn't recommend this office unless you just want a quick in and out appointment with free samples and no real medical guidance. The staff is super friendly which is great, but I will not return.
