They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the friendly, welcoming and funny and at the same time warm but yet professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Additionally, I was frantic with my condition and they found a way to fit me in. I saw immediate results from the program they put me on -- the best dermatologist office in Tampa and I have been to many. Dr. Tawil is great -- he is friendly and engaging and is not condescending while informing you that you should follow his instructions and should not self medicate. He is the first doctor that I have ever had that is able to manage time so that all of his patients are seen on time while at the same time ensuring each patient has his full attention He is really amazing.
