"I have been going to Dr. Kline for over 12 years - I knew she had a quirky sense of humor and a bit sarcastic, but respectful. I'd heard rumors that she would yell at her employees and read quite a few reviews that she was obnoxious, no bedside manners, rude, did not listen to her patients, etc. etc. Well, after 12 years.... today, was my turn!! My visit today was a complete and utter disgrace. She was not polite, she was not kind, she was not reassuring, my consult turned into a weight loss discussion. She shrugged off all of my questions, referred me to get a mammogram and brushed everything else off. By the time I left her office I was almost in tears. And NO! I am not easily offended!!! I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER return to her office again!! No wonder she has a 3.5 star rating on Vitals website. Apparently, this isn't the first time she demeans her patients for being overweight. I went to her for guidance, for help, for answers - I walked out feeling humiliated and belittled. Oh yeah and with a pamphlet on Bariatric Surgery!! Unbelievable. It might be time to RETIRE!!!!!!!"

Wow, at 46, I though I had met some good docs. Never have I felt more important as a pt. With a doctor taking time to talk to me and answering my questions, Dr. Klien went out of her way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation..We went over some of my options, but set a future apt to follow up on some of the tests I need done.They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I have been going to Dr Kline for 6years and I am very pleased. You can talk to her about absolutely anything and she will give you the truth. Not what you think she should say but the honest truth! We talk about my love life, my family, my career and all, it makes it more comfortable. I also reccomend her to people who want a more person connection with there GYN.

My first visit to Dr. Sarah Kline was a positive experience. I went in quite concerned about the issue I had. She was friendly, humorous, yet also business like. Dr. Kline gave me full information about the exam she was going to do, and afterwards, the possible causes of my problem. Thanks to her manner, what was obviously an uncomfortable exam was endurable. She was very respectful. She did not try to sugar coat any thing, but was honest and at the same time calm. She was very very supportive and reassuring. My second visit I was quite pleased: she came prepared for my visit with a diagram she had drawn, what she was going to do, and the goal of the procedure, as well as the risks. She answered every question. I never felt rushed. After both visits I left feeling reassured and confident in Dr Kline.
