I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

No, I didn't feel comfortable at all

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No. I still haven't talked to them.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
