Not professional. Make many appointments to charge to the insurance before you can see the dentist. 1 days for consultation, another day for X-rays then 3 appointment you can see the dentist and long waiting time like 2 to 3 hours

I had oral surgery on January 12, 2019 and on January 16th I had fibrinous tissue accumulation with pain and bad smell at the surgical site, I called and Spoke with JULIE to schedule an appt after work and scheduled that appt at 18:30 pm, it was a rainy day so I called her that I was on my way and that I was 10 minutes away from the dental clinic. At that time was 18:50, Julie was very RUDE, DESPOT and CARELESS. Julie told me that the doctor couldn't see me anymore. I requested to talk to her supervisor and she kept me on hold for 15 min, then I hanged up and called again, she answered again and I requested to speak with her supervisor and she kept me on hold for 34 minutes. I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to that place. I ended up going to the emergency room. Clericals like her needs to know the importance for post surgery complication and the importance to accommodate patients or at least transfer the call to direct dental providers or experienced personnel rather to make decisions on her own and say NO we couldn't see you ..........

Called to change my ortho appointment on Monday to a Saturday appointment instead on Friday because I work and was unable to get the time off from work. The receptionist was polite, but said they cannot do anything for me on Saturdays because its a long appointment and Saturdays is their busiest. Once I told her "that was the only reason I signed up with them because they are open on Saturdays, since my job isn't flexible or maybe see anther dentist that can see me on Saturdays". She told me to speak to the office manager Flor and how she might be able to help me work something out and she will be in tomorrow (Tuesday). I said "great I will call back"

I called back Tuesday morning. They told me Flor the office manager comes in at 10am. I thought to myself great I have to call her during my 30m lunch.

I called back a little after noon. Flor answered I told her my situation. She looked up my information and told me she can't do that for me absolutely not. I asked why not. She said because its a long appointment. I told her my job isn't flexible and I cannot make it on Fridays appointment. Then she said "oh then next Friday the latest is 3pm" she didnt understand my job is not flexible and cannot cater to their hours. I have to work around my jobs hours. Once I told her that I cannot she had an attitude. So I said "maybe another doctor can see me I use to go to a lady doctor maybe she's available for Saturday?" Boy it's like if I cursed her out or something because then she told me if that's the reason why I can't make it to my Friday appointment because I don't want to see that other dentist. I was so so insulted she would even question me! I told her NO !!! My job won't give me time off. And why can't I switch if I wanted to? Seriously why not? So then after that I said why can't they make an exception to see me Saturday ? I said can't you ask ? She said no because the dentist don't do their schedule. Then I asked who does then? She didn't respond but told me ok I can give you Saturday but with your same doctor then the next appointment you can change it and asked if that was ok with me. I said that's fine. I mean all I wanted was to change my appointment to Saturday. I did not care what dentist saw me, but since she was incredibly rude I agreed to whatever she said towards the end. I wanted my little brother to come to this place but probably will be going somewhere else. I have never had a problem before but I guess Flor was having a very bad day and had to take it out on a patient. She should know better shes an office manager and should be able to control her temper.
